Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Service Technician to inspect and repair modular buildings across our fleet. You’ll perform framing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and painting tasks while upholding safety standards and delivering quality workmanship.

You’ll also handle inspections, documentation for invoicing, basic floor plan drawings, and coordination of service tasks in yard and field locations. Valid driver’s license and strong customer communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Carpentry knowledge and experience required.
• Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair modular buildings, including framing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring and painting.
• Perform check-in/out inspections and document damages for invoicing.
• Create floor plan drawings as needed and modify as requested by customers.
• Maintain inventory levels of tools, parts and equipment.
• Provide courteous customer service and explain repairs clearly.
• Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled deliveries on time.
• Complete paperwork for deliveries, pickups and service calls.
• Perform HVAC checks and maintenance per company guidelines.
