A skilled services company is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join its mobile team in the Hampshire and Surrey areas. The candidate will be responsible for performing plumbing tasks and refurbishment projects across various commercial and MoD sites, including kitchens and bathrooms. The role requires a full UK driving license and prior experience in plumbing or carpentry. Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Previous experience in either a plumbing or carpentry role.
• Ability to complete and pass security vetting.
• CSCS certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing tasks including installation and refurbishment of kitchens, bathrooms, showers, and toilet blocks.
• Complete rip out and refurbishment projects efficiently and effectively.
• Carry out various works such as decorating, installation of hygienic cladding, and groundworks.
• Undertake refurbishment and minor works projects.

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our mobile team in the Hampshire and Surrey areas. The role involves carrying out planned project tasks across various commercial sites and MoD sites, including installing and maintaining fire doors to BM Trada requirements, upgrading kitchens and bathrooms in accommodation blocks, and completing office refurbishments. Ongoing support will be provided by our friendly team, who will offer any necessary training to help you expand your skillset.

• Complete rip out and refurbishment projects efficiently and effectively
• Carry out various works such as decorating, installation of hygienic cladding and groundworks

What are we looking for?

• Full UK driving licence is essential
