Job summary

dfa is seeking Operators to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in daily production. Each operator will follow a development plan, complete cross-training, and certify in at least four functions.

Shifts run Monday–Friday 10PM–6AM with possible Saturdays. Starting pay is $18.50/hour, plus a $0.50/hour shift differential; 90‑day rate is $23.66/hour with the same differential. Requires high school diploma; SAP experience is a plus and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• SAP software experience is a plus.
