Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Licensure in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR required.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs regularly; up to 140 lbs with assistance.
• Able to bend, reach, kneel, crawl, climb ladders; varied schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation, maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs in guest rooms and facilities.
• Maintain ice machines, kitchen, laundry, HVAC, guestrooms, pool and other equipment.
• Repair plumbing, electrical or small equipment; monitor energy use.
• Respond to alarms; report findings to Front Desk; complete assigned tasks.
