Qualifications

2–5 years of maintenance experience in hotel, resort, or similar.
HVAC, plumbing, or electrical skills.
Light carpentry; knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
Pool operation certification preferred.
Proficient in English (read, write, understand).
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Preventive maintenance background preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain, repair, and install mechanical and electrical systems.
Manage preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
