Job summary

Seven Counties Services in Louisville, KY, is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support facility construction, maintenance and repair projects across our campuses. You will operate hand and power tools, follow safety protocols, and assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and landscaping tasks.

Two plus years of trade or maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled and skilled maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and landscaping.
• Operate hand and power tools and safe equipment usage.
• Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles in safe working order.
• Fabricate and install walls, flooring and ceilings as needed for projects.
• Request, inventory, pick up and deliver materials for projects.
• Assess maintenance areas, set priorities and complete tasks on schedule.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as assigned.
