Candidates should have a high school diploma, 3+ years in maintenance or building trades, a valid driver’s license, and CMMS experience; the role includes physical work, outdoor conditions, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in general maintenance or building trades.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible, friendly, with good communication and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders.
• Experience in CMMS software programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain school buildings and facilities.
• Perform general maintenance using carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, appliance repair, and electrical tasks.
• Setups and tear-downs for campus events.
• Operate and maintain tools used in building maintenance.
• On-call duties as needed.
• Snow removal when necessary.
• Provide logistical support for campus activities and safety.
• Assist with fire drills, lockdowns, and safety exercises.
• Help manage traffic flow and parking on campus.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
