Responsibilities

• Communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents
• Lead by example and maintain a positive attitude
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Identify and report issues to management
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments
• Maintain common hallways and community areas
• Turn vacant apartments for leasing
• Perform basic repairs: drywall, doors, painting
• Electrical: switches, fixtures, fans
• Plumbing: faucets, drains, water heaters
• HVAC repairs and EPA certification preferred
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as required
