The role requires strong mechanical skills, ability to read manuals and work orders, and the capability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess basic mechanical aptitude and be able to read equipment manuals and work orders.
• Must be able to multitask, stay detail oriented, and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work overtime and communicate effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production hours.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems as needed.
• Read manuals and diagnose, replace parts, test and adjust equipment.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly work areas in compliance with OSHA and ISO standards.
