Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our store support team. In this role you’ll keep beverage, food equipment, ice makers and fuel dispensers operating smoothly to serve customers across our stores.

You will respond to repair requests, calibrate machines to spec, decide when to bring in outside contractors, manage parts inventory, and assist with training others while prioritizing work to maintain peak store performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lead team, peer-to-peer tech support, work independently, effective communication, handle stretch assignments, and facility location ownership.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to in-store equipment (beverage & food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Calibrate pumps, dispensers and other equipment in accordance with legal standards.
• Recommend when an outside contractor is required.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Variety of additional duties including training less experienced technicians and prioritizing work.
