7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to help keep our stores running smoothly, including beverages, food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers. The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and hands-on maintenance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Demonstrated leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, effective communication, ability to handle stretch assignments, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for minor repairs to in-store equipment (beverage, food, ice, fuel dispensers).
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train other level I technicians and handle prioritization of work and basic facility maintenance tasks.
