7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I to keep our stores running smoothly, from beverage and food equipment to ice machines and fuel dispensers. You’ll respond to service requests, manage parts, and help train junior technicians while ensuring safety and efficiency across diverse store environments.

The role emphasizes reliability, problem-solving, and strong communication as you support daily operations with a focus on community convenience and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Leadership, peer-to-peer tech support, and strong communication are valued.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for maintenance and repair of in-store equipment (beverage & food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Handle orders related to plumbing and electrical issues and general maintenance.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency.
• Train other level I technicians and assist with scheduling and prioritization.
