Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team and keep stores running smoothly. You’ll service a range of in-store equipment, calibrate pumps and dispensers, and determine when outside contractors are needed.

We offer sign-on bonuses up to $3,000, comprehensive benefits, a 401k, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career growth. Valid driver’s license and 2+ years of maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years in general repairs and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lead a team and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for repairs of in-store equipment (beverage/food equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers).
• Handle orders for plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Calibrate pumps, dispensers and other equipment per legal standards.
• Recommend when to hire outside contractors for specialized work.
• Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports for efficiency.
• Train less experienced technicians and prioritize work tasks.
