Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer for our client in Hinckley. The role involves reactive and planned maintenance, continuous improvement, inventory control, and strict adherence to health and safety standards.

Candidates should have a Level 3 engineering qualification, fault-finding experience in manufacturing (electrical and mechanical), and the ability to read engineering drawings. PLC or CNC experience is advantageous. Competitive package offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant Level 3 engineering qualification.
• Experience fault finding in a manufacturing environment (electrical & mechanical).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (schematics, hydraulic and pneumatic).
• PLC or CNC experience advantageous.

Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer – Hinckley.

Double Days 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm.

£51,083 including shift allowance.

3% contributory pension.

25 days holiday + stats.

Our client is a local success story with a successful history of designing and manufacturing quality household products to customers across the UK for almost a century. As a family business working nationwide, they have ambitious plans for growth and due to this, require an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their skilled and knowledgeable team.

Role overview:

• Reactive maintenance
• Planned maintenance
• Continuous improvement projects
• Inventory control
• Completing all relevant documentation
• Working to H&S standards

The candidate:

• A relevant level 3 engineering qualification
• Experience fault finding within a manufacturing environment both electrically and mechanically
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings – schematics, hydraulic and pneumatic
• PLC or CNC experience would be highly advantageous
• Be highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Have excellent communication and time management skills
