Job description

Multi-Skilled Joiner required in and around Lincoln/Market Rasen area to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations. This scheme is a kitchen and bathroom scheme.

This position is due to start at the beginning of July.

The Client

Our client is an award winning main contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the North West, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Midlands.

The Role

Main duties are fitting kitchens, all aspects of joinery, plaster-patching, painting/decorating and replacing the odd tiles. Each property will vary depending on the repairs/maintenance that needs doing.

The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday.

• Street Parking
• Work with a reputable social housing contractor who work on various schemes within the Lincolnshire area
• Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Joiner
• Social housing experience
• Own Tools
• Valid CSCS Card
• Own Transport
• You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
