Job summary

Clack Corporation, a Windsor, Wisconsin-based manufacturer of water treatment components, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician. You will perform repairs and proactive maintenance on plant facilities and equipment, maintain safe, clean work areas, and manage work orders across multiple systems.

The role includes snow removal, inventory tasks, and operating company vehicles. You’ll bring a 2-year technical degree (Industrial Maintenance or related) and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience,

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or related skilled trade.
• 3–5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds regularly.
• Driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and maintenance to plant facilities and equipment.
• Conducts daily work activities safely and professionally.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas.
• Schedules, plans and completes work requests for all areas assigned.
• Performs preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Snow removal and grounds care as needed throughout the year.
• Orders and maintains inventory for supplies and specific parts.
• Repairs and maintains building and equipment (Plumbing, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Welding, Metal Cutting/Brazing, Minor Electrical, etc.).
• Maintains tractors, sweepers, and assigned maintenance vehicle.
• Operates forklift, company truck, sweeper, and lawn/snow removal tractors.
• Works flexible hours and provides training/backup as needed.
