Job summary

Clack Corporation, a Windsor, Wisconsin-based manufacturer of water treatment components, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician. You will perform repairs and proactive maintenance on plant facilities and equipment, maintain safe, clean work areas, and manage work orders across multiple systems.

The role includes snow removal, inventory tasks, and operating company vehicles. You’ll bring a 2-year technical degree (Industrial Maintenance or related) and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience,

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance or related skilled trade.
• 3–5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds regularly.
• Driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and maintenance to plant facilities and equipment.
• Conducts daily work activities safely and professionally.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas.
• Schedules, plans and completes work requests for all areas assigned.
• Performs preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Snow removal and grounds care as needed throughout the year.
• Orders and maintains inventory for supplies and specific parts.
• Repairs and maintains building and equipment (Plumbing, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Welding, Metal Cutting/Brazing, Minor Electrical, etc.).
• Maintains tractors, sweepers, and assigned maintenance vehicle.
• Operates forklift, company truck, sweeper, and lawn/snow removal tractors.
• Works flexible hours and provides training/backup as needed.

Conducts daily work activities in a safe and professional manner, following company policy.2. Maintains clean and organized work areas.3. Removes snow and cares for grounds as needed throughout all seasons of the year.6. Order and maintain inventory for supplies and specific parts. Pick up items off site as needed.7. Performs other duties as assigned.## Qualifications1. Knowledge and ability to operate: forklift, company truck, sweeper/scrubber, tractor & related equipment, plasma cutter, cutting/brazing torch, welder, machine shop equipment, and powered hand tools safely and efficiently.2. Two-year Technical Degree preferably Industrial Maintenance program or other skilled trade.3. Three to five years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.4. Able to lift up to 45 pounds on a regular basis.5. Able to work independently throughout the shift to complete scheduled work.6. Driver’s License and safe driving record.7. Work at heights up to 60 feet above ground and depths of 10 feet below ground.8. Flexible work hours as needed.9. Able to work in various weather conditions and temperatures, both hot and cold.10. Mechanical aptitude.11. Demonstrates safe work practices.12. Good communication and organizational skills.13. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics.14. Assures proper lock out/ tag out and performs lock out/tag out when necessary.15. Work with and take direction from Company President, Vice-President, Operations Manager, and Production Managers.16.
