Responsibilities include walking floors, reporting issues, painting touch-ups, completing work orders, maintaining equipment, and performing light carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other minor repairs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years general experience in building trades, repair and maintenance.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Multiple-language fluency is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Routinely walks floors and reports problems to supervisors.
• Ensures safety precautions are followed during work.
• Maintains positive working relationships with building staff.
• Paints common areas; inspects areas needing paint and informs manager.
• Completes daily work orders as scheduled.
• Maintains assigned equipment in good working condition.
• Performs light lifting and casual labor as directed, following safety rules.
• Performs minor maintenance in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting and flooring.
• Follows safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Uses new equipment properly and follows safety procedures.

Kenntnisse
