Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• US Citizen; must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance.
• Candidate must be able to work independently in a secure/sensitive environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Excellent customer service skills when interacting with staff and vendors.
• Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CMMS is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical repairs.
• Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and systems to identify issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance on building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Keep accurate maintenance records using a CMMS.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors when necessary.
