Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Multiskilled Craftsman to maintain buildings, industrial systems, and equipment on an ongoing basis, performing preventive maintenance and repairs.

You will train with engineers, follow safety procedures, and support energy management to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in a 2 or 4-year college program or technical school.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to develop skills to perform basic activities in own job.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

As a CBRE Multiskilled Craftsman, you will develop on the job skills to maintain buildings, industrial systems, and equipment on an ongoing basis.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive training from current engineers in proper job safety and repair procedures.
