Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Medical Film Operator to produce at optimum output and yield, meeting internal and external customer expectations. The role requires cross-training to run at least six different jobs on-site and rotating to maintain diverse skills.

Responsibilities include operating extrusion and related equipment, performing quality checks, documenting procedures, and using SAP. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to GMP guidelines in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use computer systems; 1-2 years of Windows applications preferred.
• Experience with quality equipment tools such as microscope, micrometer and tape measure.
• Team atmosphere with cross-department collaboration to ensure accuracy and on-time product delivery.
• Assist with maintenance repairs and report non-function equipment.
• Adhere to housekeeping and GMP/SOP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment on the medical extrusion line and related machinery.
• Rotate through at least six different jobs on site to maintain skillsets.
• Communicate production order changes and quality concerns to the team.
• Perform quality inspections and complete product quality checks regularly.
• Train on use of quality testing equipment and maintenance.
• Handle line troubles and implement corrective actions as issues arise.
• Complete documentation per guidelines, SOPs, GMPs, and ISO.
• Use SAP and other systems to document process and data.
