Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, electrical, welding, painting, and plumbing duties as required.
• Proactively report maintenance issues to management.
• Procure related maintenance supplies within budget.
• Assist with maintenance and service of company vehicles.
• Support cost-effective maintenance approaches.
• Oversee work by outside service providers.
• Execute work orders timely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and orderly shop.
• Comply with safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Maintain emergency contact communication.
• Represent Ruth Eckerd Hall professionally.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
