Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• 3–5 years of instructional or school-based experience.
• Strong knowledge of Grades 7–12 literacy, math, and/or science standards.
• Experience managing or coaching instructional staff.
• Ability to travel between multiple sites weekly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of the tutoring program across multiple sites.
• Ensure alignment to Minnesota Academic Standards and the instructional model.
• Monitor program fidelity, instructional quality, and tutor performance.
• Maintain a consistent program vision for academic growth and readiness for state assessments.
• Coordinate tutor training and onboarding, materials, and pacing guides.
• Provide data summaries and progress reports to partners and leadership.
• Serve as liaison between MasteryPrep, district partners, site coordinators, and tutors.
• Lead regular check-ins with district leadership and share program updates.
