Job summary

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a driven Studio Sales Specialist for multi-site support across the Dakotas. You will travel between Fargo, Grand Forks, Sioux Falls, and Sioux City locations to drive sales, educate guests on services, and support studio operations.

You will earn a base salary of $55k–$60k+ with eligibility for monthly incentive pay, plus comprehensive benefits and travel reimbursements. This role is remote-friendly with regular travel and a demanding but rewarding routine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, guest service, retail, or hospitality.
• Able to educate guests and influence purchase decisions.
• Willing to travel regularly within assigned markets and across multi-site locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sale by educating guests on services, retail products, and memberships.
• Travel between studios to provide sales and guest service support.
• Own the front of house and step into guest-facing roles as needed.
• Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities.
• Deliver consistent guest experiences aligned with brand standards across locations.
