Job summary

Public Storage seeks Property Managers who operate independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors, to assess customer storage needs and suggest packing supplies.

Daily tasks include inspections to ensure inventory and space readiness, cash drawer audits and deposits, and staying current on customer payments with reminders and collections. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability to ensure spaces are ready to rent
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily duties
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
