Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who operates independently across multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and suggesting packing and moving supplies to help spaces rent quickly.

You will perform daily unit inspections, manage cash drawers, deposits, payments reminders, and travel between sites using your own vehicle. The role blends indoor and outdoor work in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Work independently at multiple locations; outdoor and indoor environments; travel between sites with own vehicle.
