Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services across charter school campuses in the High Desert region. Responsibilities include assessments, direct therapy, IEP coordination, and collaboration with educators and school staff.

The role requires travel between campuses, strong knowledge of IDEA and CA special education codes, and experience with AAC systems. Master’s in SLP and CA licensure (CCC-SLP) are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid CA SLP license and/or CCC-SLP.
• CA Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (or eligibility).
• Experience conducting special education assessments and writing legally defensible reports.
• Strong knowledge of IDEA and California special education code.
• Willingness to travel between campuses within the High Desert cluster.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, articulation, fluency, and voice assessments to determine eligibility for special education services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions per IEP-mandated frequency and duration.
• Participate in IEP meetings; write assessment reports and present findings to families and staff.
• Consult with teachers and paraprofessionals on classroom communication strategies and accommodations.
• Support AAC device implementation and training as needed.
• Maintain compliance with assessment timelines and triennial review deadlines.
• Collaborate with school psychologists, ABA providers, and other related service staff serving shared students across sites.
