Job summary

Comstock seeks an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead daily security operations across ParkX properties. You will supervise security staff, coordinate event security with marketing, and ensure maintenance and vendor contracts are managed effectively.

You will maintain strong relationships with police departments and clients while driving improvement and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years of security/law enforcement experience.
• Certified security officer by VA, MD and DC.
• Valid driver’s license without major violations.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of the security team.
• Ensure staff understand and promote corporate goals and values.
• Address customer concerns in a first-class manner.
• Plan security operations for events with marketing.
• Walk properties daily and track maintenance items.
• Maintain equipment through preventative care.
• Schedule, deploy, supervise, and train Security Officers.
• Manage maintenance contracts with vendors (janitorial, landscaping, security).
• Provide regular activity reports to supervisor/Exec Team.
• Oversee maintenance to maintain curb appeal and timely maintenance.
• Know all ParkX properties and current/prospective clients.
