Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Multi Site Security Officer for full-time work in Bloomington, IL, with assignments across Bloomington and Champaign. The role requires availability on any day and on 2nd and 3rd shifts, performing access control, patrols, and client-facing duties.

You will be stationed at multiple site locations, receive elite training and advancement support, and enjoy comprehensive benefits. The position pays $22.00 per hour with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record required.
• HS diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Customer service background required.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals professionally.
• Must stay vigilant and detail-oriented during the shift.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

Multi Site Security Officer –Full Time – Bloomington, IL

Must be available any day, 2nd and 3rd shifts & will be stationed at various site locations in Bloomington and Champaign, IL.

Wage: $22.00/Hour

What Your Day May Look Like:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
