Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Site Security Officer for full-time placement in Wilmington, IL. The role involves flexible shifts, front-line security duties, and maintaining a safe environment at multiple sites.

The position requires de-escalation, vigilance, and strong communication with guests and staff. Benefit programs include healthcare options, 401K, and paid training; daily pay features are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
• High school diploma or GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer/technology skills required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Must interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances/exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises in varying weather.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazards, or suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident during accidents or investigations.
• Set up barriers, signage, and provide directions or information.
• Carry out duties as required for assigned site.

Must be available any day, at least two shifts & will be stationed at various site locations**

Wage: $19.00/Hour

What Your Day May Look Like

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Position Requirements
