Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring a Multi-Site Security Officer for the Joliet, IL area. This full-time role requires shifts across multiple sites, with duties including access control, patrols, and incident reporting.

You will engage with clients and employees, maintain safety, and support a culture of vigilance. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.71, opportunities for training, benefits, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED (or ability to complete GED within 6 months).
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
• Strong attention to detail and vigilance during shifts.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

• Patrols inside and outside client premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

Must be available any day, at least two shifts & will be stationed at various site locations**

Wage: $18.71/Hour

What Your Day May Look Like

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.

• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
