Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Multi Site Security Officer - Full Time to help maintain a safe environment by monitoring access, patrolling diverse client sites, and enforcing site rules. The role requires 18+, a HS diploma, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate as needed.
• Interact with client employees and guests frequently.
• Identify and report safety hazards or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.

Multi Site Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Las Vegas, NV

Wage Range: $17.00-$18.00/HR

TheMulti Site Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclient’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• NV DL required.
• Must have a personal vehicle.
