Securitas US Business Unit in Casa Grande, AZ seeks a Multi-Site Security Officer for full-time coverage at multiple client sites. The role emphasizes access control, patrolling, and safeguarding premises while enforcing site regulations and directives.

The position requires strong customer service, vigilance, and the ability to act with calm and professional judgment in emergencies. A valid AZ guard card, clean MVR, and pre-employment screening are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Arizona Driver’s License and clean MVR.
• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card required.
• Pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and remain vigilant on shift.
• Able to respond to emergencies with calm, professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.

Multi-Site Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Wage Range:$17.40-$19.00/HR - (based on placement)

TheMulti - Site Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

• Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods of time.
• Must have a clear MVR and a valid Arizona Driver’s License.
