Securitas US Business Unit is hiring for an Unarmed Security Officer - Full Time in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on customer service, safety, and incident response within a client environment.

Applicants should be at least 18, possess a High School Diploma or GED, and have reliable driving privileges in Arizona. Pre-employment screening is required, with opportunities for paid training and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a clear MVR and a valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Open availability preferred.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods of time.
• Must have a clear MVR and a valid Arizona Driver’s License.
