Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in culinary arts or two years of college and two years of supervision experience.
• MN Food Manager's Certification required within three months of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises staff across multiple sites.
• Coordinates preparation and service of meals to meet dietary needs.
• Ensures food is prepared to required quality and presentation.
• Manages ordering, receiving, and inventory of food supplies.
• Responds to catering requests and handles cashier duties when needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment.
