Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in school nutrition or related multi-site management.
• ServSafe Certification required or must be obtained within 3 months.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in nutrition or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple school kitchens across the district.
• Ensure compliance with USDA meal patterns and HACCP in all sites.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate kitchen staff and managers.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and production records for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with central office for timely deliveries and inspections.
