Job summary

LeoForce in Scottsbluff, NE, seeks a Safety Coordinator to lead safety programs across Nebraska and Colorado terminals, drive improvements, and foster a strong safety culture.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety or related field, 2–3 years of safety experience, OSHA knowledge, ability to travel up to 50%, and English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related discipline preferred.
• Approximately 2–3 years of safety and health experience preferred.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Bilingual English/Spanish capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety and health programs across terminal facilities in Nebraska and Colorado.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Develop and deliver employee and contractor training covering HAZCOM, LOTO, confined-space entry, forklift safety.
• Maintain regulatory records and support compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, and local requirements.
• Travel up to 50% to support terminal locations.
