You will shape the automation roadmap, oversee deployments and ensure robotics becomes a core strength in the logistics network. The role requires leadership across sites, deep robotics knowledge, and experience delivering large automation projects.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing multi-site automation or robotics programs.
• Deep knowledge of industrial robotics, PLCs, controls, sensors and systems integration.
• Proven ability to build strategy, manage budgets and deliver large-scale automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term automation and robotics strategy for multiple sites.
• Build standards for robotics platforms, controls, safety and tech adoption.
• Lead design, evaluation and rollout of new robotic systems across facilities.
• Oversee uptime, reliability and lifecycle planning for robotics network.
• Partner with senior operations leadership to align automation with business needs.
• Develop and mentor engineering and technical teams across sites.
