Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant/retail/hospitality or franchise construction projects.
• Proven success delivering remodels/renovations and multi-site programs.
• Experience with equipment replacement and kitchen modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets, and timelines for each project and keep stakeholders informed.
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and reviews across project phases.
• Assist in selecting and overseeing consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions and change orders with client and property management.
• Support marketing of services to clients and ensure compliance with policies.
• Cooperate with building/facility personnel to meet quality, service, cost goals.
