Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects for restaurants, including standalone and urban storefronts. The role coordinates client needs with management teams and oversees budgets and schedules throughout design and construction phases.

The ideal candidate has urban storefront/restaurant experience, strong leadership and client-relations skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering/construction project accountability roles or 10+ years in advisory/supervisory capacity.
• Urban storefront and restaurant experience highly preferred.
• Excellent client relations, management and consultation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Chairs and schedules meetings, prepares agendas, and maintains master budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Prepares and coordinates project reports and drawing reviews for clients and management at all project phases.
• Assists in selection and contracting of consultants and construction teams; integrates related Cushman & Wakefield components as needed.
• Reviews requisitions, change orders and invoices and advises the account/portfolio manager and team.
• May supervise project managers, space planners and CAD operators; maintains high standards of work quality.
• Provides documentation and reports to clients and management; ensures compliance with requirements.
