Job summary

ITW Pro Brands seeks a Division Quality Systems Manager to lead quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the division.

The candidate will standardize quality systems, drive audits, and mentor QA teams while partnering with Manufacturing, R&D and Supply Chain to ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of quality management experience within chemical manufacturing with multi-site leadership.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-site quality strategy aligned with company goals.
• Standardize quality systems, policies and procedures across facilities.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Mentor site Quality Managers and QA teams across locations.
• Partner with Manufacturing, R&D and Supply Chain to integrate quality across product lifecycle.
