Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, or related field.
• Minimum five years of quality experience in manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Experience implementing, validating, auditing quality processes (ISO 9001/AS9100).
• Demonstrated root-cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with analytical testing procedures and laboratory methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site quality function and maintain AS9100/ISO 9001 compliance.
• Develop and manage the site Quality Plan to meet objectives.
• Train, coach, and develop Quality staff; set performance goals.
• Oversee QMS training for site employees and related processes.
• Provide technical leadership for production processes and CAPA implementation.
• Supervise the Quality Laboratory and ensure safety and test method validity.
• Manage customer complaints and quality-related issues with stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and corrective actions.
• Establish and report key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
