Job summary

Truck-Lite is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to lead quality operations across Wellsboro, McElhattan, and Coudersport. You will own CARs, drive CAPA and 8D problem-solving, and guide floor leadership with a data-driven culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires 10+ years in manufacturing quality leadership, IATF/ISO knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure products meet/exceed standards at all sites.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years leading manufacturing quality in complex environments.
• Experience across multi-site operations and governance.
• Background in IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 quality systems.
• Audit execution experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant quality teams across three facilities and drive floor presence.
• Own CAR/ CAPA processes from initiation to closure with root-cause rigor.
• Coordinate training, qualification, and succession planning for quality staff.
• Maintain quality dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Support NPI quality efforts and manufacturing improvement projects.
