Job summary

J & M Real Estate Group is seeking a Property Manager to support the Senior Property Manager in Siouxland area properties. You will oversee staff, tenant relations, budgeting, and on-site operations to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy and receivables targets, ensuring timely reporting, and coordinating training for staff. On-site leadership and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; a four-year or associate degree in real estate management/business preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands-on property or site manager experience preferred, especially within J & M Property Management.
• Experience with AppFolio and Microsoft Office; familiarity with compliance software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the activities of all assigned personnel.
• Supervise operations to ensure cost-effective management of designated properties.
• Ensure occupancy targets are reached and maintained for each property.
• Ensure receivable targets are reached and maintained; submit monthly reports on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, tenants, vendors, and coworkers.
