Job summary

Property Management Associates is seeking an onsite property manager to oversee three Pasadena properties totaling 87 units, fostering ownership across a small portfolio.

You will live on-site in a provided one-bedroom apartment, with weekend work and on-call duties. A valid driver’s license is required, plus PMA’s $300 monthly auto allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of conventional multifamily property management experience.
• Working knowledge of Yardi for property accounting.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and schedule vendors.
• Demonstrated leasing skills, including market analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication; solid command of Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Run the full cycle of property management across three sites.
• Carry morning walk-throughs, track preventative maintenance, and coordinate with staff and vendors.
• Oversee leasing: show units, analyze rents, and maintain occupancy.
• Handle delinquency follow-up, notices, and required paperwork.
