Responsibilities

• Ensure properties meet cleanliness, safety, and occupancy standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect conditions and compliance.
• Coordinate with maintenance to manage work orders and capital improvements.
• Manage resident communications and address complaints promptly.
• Support leasing and retention efforts to optimize occupancy.
• Monitor budgets, rent collections, and financial performance.
