Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in production planning.
• 4–8 years in production planning, materials coordination, or manufacturing.
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge, Deltek Costpoint preferred.
• Experience interpreting MRP action messages and adjusting schedules.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a defense/aerospace setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning across multiple integration projects, balancing capacity, materials, and schedules.
• Monitor work order execution and resolve shortages, engineering changes, and priorities.
• Interpret MRP messages to adjust procurement, rescheduling, and release decisions.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, LOB charts, and milestones.
• Present and discuss production plans in cross-functional meetings with PM, Eng, QA, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure ERP data accuracy for all programs, including WIP and inventory management.
• Generate dashboards and status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Production Control Planner I/II team members.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and government regulations.
