Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in physician practice management.
• 3-5 years’ experience in physician practice setting with 2 years’ management experience.
• Preferred experience managing multiple sites and CPPM certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of physician practices (front and back office).
• Supervise staff; interview, hire, train and perform evaluations.
• Develop practice budgets with the director and monitor financial metrics.
• Monitor revenue cycle processes and patient volumes; reconcile funds as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements; address patient issues.
• Travel to multiple practice locations as required.
