Job summary

St. Croix Health is seeking a full-time (0.75 FTE) Physical Therapist to join a compassionate team, floating between Webster and Frederic Clinics.

Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of patients of all ages, documenting outcomes, and delivering evidence-informed care. Responsibilities also cover supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants, collaboration on PT plans of care, charting, outreach, and program development with Rehab Services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved physical therapy program.
• Current Wisconsin PT license; Minnesota license preferred.
• BLS certification current.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages, document outcomes.
• Deliver evidence-informed physical therapy and participate in charting.
• Supervise and communicate with Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Develop and manage PT plan of care with staff.
• Engage in outreach and program development across departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
