Job summary

St. Croix Health is seeking a full-time (.75 FTE) Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team. This position will float between our Webster and Frederic Clinics, delivering evidence-informed evaluations and treatments for patients of all ages.

You will supervise PT Assistants, document outcomes, stay current with best practices, and contribute to community wellness initiatives. Minimum two years' experience and WI licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved physical therapy school.
• WI Physical Therapist license required; MN license preferred.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide physical therapy treatment to patients of all ages.
• Deliver evidence-informed treatments and document outcomes.
• Supervise PT Assistants and ensure POC completion.
• Participate in community educational outreach and program development.
